The Madison County Fish & Game Association had a strong showing in the 2025 Ohio State Trapshooting Association (OSTA) Zone Team Championships statewide. Club members from the Southeast, Southwest, and Northwest Zones competed with skill and focus, earning several titles across various categories. Based in Central Ohio, MCF&G continues to be a key part in Ohio’s trapshooting community.
In the Southeast Zone, Trustee Todd Kistler claimed the A Singles Champion and B Doubles Runner-Up titles, Tim McMillian took home hats for the C Singles Championship and B Doubles Championship, Gunner Hall earned both AA Singles and AA Doubles Champion, Trina Hayes won D Singles Winner-Alternate, and Matt Hall won A Doubles.
In the Northwestern Zone, member Craig Bonham won the Veteran Singles title. In the Southwest, Josh Lickliter earned C Singles Winner-Alternate and D Doubles Runner-Up.
Since 1946, Madison County Fish & Game has been a hub for trapshooting in Ohio. The OSTA Zone Championships are part of the Ohio State Trap Shoot, one of the largest events of its kind. Our club members’ performances in the Southeast, Southwest, and Northwest Zones highlight their skill and dedication to the sport.
